How To Build A Hydroponic System

The name is a bit of a misnomer as everyone knows the secret. Gardening secret is simply to create a small garden within a garden attached to the main view of the garden.

Your objective may be changed. You may want a quiet and peaceful to sit and read - off the telephone, children and other distractions.

They can be used for a small cottage garden in a broader landscape that has trees and grass dominant.

Size and space

Secret gardens need not be large - actually work best if kept relatively small because they are a 'room' Built in the main garden.

No space is too small for a garden personality - one that works for you. Do you want a peaceful space that can act as a refuge of occupations around you? It may be exotic, or something that transports you to another time or place? Maybe you're looking to create a garden , With a little imagination, with features that make it a world unto itself?

Do not Forget the Kids!
Creating a secret garden, especially for their children has many benefits.
 • It leaves out a space for themselves and their games
 • Participation in the design helps them develop a love of gardening - it can even grow vegetables!
 • It promotes outdoor activity - Away from computer games!

Where What and how
 • You can attach, or "off" garden trellis covered with climbers, you can use the coverage of high growth, and small conifers 0, but these are somewhat slow growing.
 • Japanese gardens are an excellent design of a secret garden - the area is small and therefore easy to maintain. They are peaceful and have a personality own.
 • In larger yards back, the barrier can be small trees such as birch, and the inner circle is surrounded by a tall hedge of gardenias, azaleas, rhododendrons.
 • Inside the area, you may have a small pond with fish and water lilies, or simply a nice lawn area with some comfortable chairs and seats.
 • Place a small figure, or two, maybe a sundial on a pedestal, a bird feeder birds or large urn subtler can add other garden decoration if desired.
 • The entry should not be obvious from the distance - or reveal what's inside. Having the entry 'hidden' to have him outside the school or next door. Or if in front, then use a bow and a door.

The use of the idea of landscaping the secret garden is a fun activity as well as completing a special part of your garden.
